Returns Policy

We want you to love your Fall Forwards gear. Every item is printed on demand especially for you, so please take a moment to read how returns and exchanges work.

Why We Print on Demand

We don’t hold stock or produce mountains of pre-printed items. Instead, each product is created only when you place your order.

Why?

Because printing on demand means:

  • No bulk overproduction

  • Far less waste going to landfill

  • More environmentally friendly manufacturing

  • No unwanted stock sitting around gathering dust

It also means every piece is made just for you — which is pretty cool, right?

But it does come with one downside:

Because your order is custom-made, we can’t simply pop it back on a shelf and re-sell it. That’s why we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong colour, or ordering the wrong size.

So please, please take a moment to double-check the size charts before ordering. Your future self (and the planet) will thank you!

Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions and supporting a greener way of creating merch.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

No need to send anything back — we’ll take care of it.

Change of Mind, Wrong Size, or Incorrect Choice

Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong colour or style chosen

  • No longer wanting the item

Checking the sizing guides before ordering is the best way to ensure a perfect fit.

UK Consumer Rights

As our products are custom-printed to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind return period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Your rights relating to faulty goods remain fully protected.
